Use any touch-tone phone to access your accounts by following these instructions. Simply press, or say, the appropriate number to make your selection.
Access one of these options:
- Account Information
- Funds Transfer
- Bank Information
- Check Verify
After choosing one of the above services, you will be asked to enter your account number.
Next, you will be asked to enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Initially, the last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number or tax I.D. number must be used as the PIN. The first time you access a given account you will be required to change your PIN to any other four digit number. If your account has not been accessed within 90 days, your access is disabled and you will need to contact Financial Services to reset your Telephone Banking access.
